Delivery Information
Shipping in the United Kingdom
For smaller items we currently use Royal Mail tracked services and for courier items we use a variety of couriers like Parcelforce, DPD, DHL depending on destination. We use trusted shipping partners who will take care of your parcel and provide reliable tracking from us to you.
By default your delivery option will be with you in 2-4 working days across the United Kingdom, and express services are faster with next day options also available.
ALL LARGE ITEMS ARE DELIVERED BY PALLET SERVICE
Please note the delivery time scale for pallet service is up to 5 working days from placing your order. We cannot specify the day or time of delivery. But if requested at time of ordering, we can advise you when the goods leave our warehouse.
Our couriers will need a telephone number to contact you in case there are problems on the day of delivery, this could include not being able to find your house.
Please ensure your telephone number is correct before placing your order.
Pallet deliveries are to the kerbside of your property only.
The driver is NOT insured to take the goods inside your property.
We strongly recommend, if awaiting more than one radiator, that there are at least two persons available to receive your order and carry the goods inside.
In the event of a failed delivery, there will be an additional charge for re-delivery or cancellation. This additional charge will be billed to the customer.
What about Europe and the Rest of the World?
We ship across the European Union for a small surcharge (again provide an economy and express options) and around the world with DHL post and courier services. Transit times across Europe vary from next day for express shipping by air to 4-6 working days with the economy road courier services we use.
Shipping costs are kept to a minimum, they represent close to the surcharge we pay for the service and not much more..
My order hasn't arrived! What should I do?
If we have shipped your item with a courier, check the tracking number via the dispatch email from us, or check your junk mail as it may have gone there. If the expected delivery date has passed please contact the courier or email us and we can normally solve the issue very quickly.
My item shipped via courier. How can I track it?
You should have received a dispatch e-mail that contains a tracking number. If you haven't please check your junk e-mail folder or contact us and we can provide this to you. If contacting us we ideally need your full name as per order and delivery postcode. So please keep those at hand with your order number. The tracking number will refer to the courier company we dispatched with.
Do you offer combined shipping discounts?
Yes of course, we try to offer combine postage where possible, but there is of course still a shipping cost. If your buying multiple items this means we can still save by combining into one box. Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss. We do have some discounts setup but it may be possible to offer you more than this.
